A subprocessor is a company we rely on that may process personal data in the course of delivering Followthrough. We keep the list short deliberately, and we publish all of it.
Before engaging a subprocessor we review its security and privacy practices, and we require written commitments covering the data it handles.
Current subprocessors
| Company | What it does for us | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Application database and backend functions — stores account records, tracking identifiers and timestamps | United States |
| Google Cloud Platform | Pub/Sub message delivery for Gmail change notifications | United States |
| Cloudflare | Hosting, CDN and protection for our marketing site | United States |
| Stripe | Payment processing and subscription billing — receives your name, email address, billing address and card details when you subscribe, and holds your invoice history. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never reach us | United States |
| PostHog | Product analytics for our marketing website only — records which pages are visited, with IP addresses discarded on arrival, no cookies, no session recording, and no profile built about you. Not used in the extension | United States |
| Sentry | Error and crash reporting for our backend and the extension — receives a diagnostic report when something fails, containing the error message, a stack trace and which part of the product it came from. Request bodies, headers and cookies are stripped before a report is sent. No session recording, no performance tracing, and no capture of what you clicked or typed. Not used in the parts of the extension that run inside Gmail | United States |
Google is also the source of the mailbox data you authorise us to read, under your own agreement with Google, in addition to being a subprocessor for the notification pipeline above.
We do not use any advertising network, session-recording tool, or customer-messaging service that processes your personal data. Our one analytics tool is listed above and runs only on our marketing website, never inside the extension.
Changes to this list
We will update this page before a new subprocessor begins processing personal data. To be notified of changes, email privacy@clarivo.co and we will add you to the notification list.
